1. How much do you charge for your services?.

We create a custom solution to fit each of our customers needs. We will provide a free telephone consultation with you to determine exactly how you hope to utilize your website and subsequently what services you would need to achieve these goals. Based on this information we will submit you a detailed proposal and estimate.

2. If I already own a domain name can SlickRockWeb still help me create my website?.

Yes. If you have already registered a domain name that is not a problem. We can point an existing domain name to our servers or any other server of your choice. If you have not yet registered a domain name we can help you with that also.

3. Can SlickRockWeb host my site?.

Yes. We offer a number of hosting options to fit the needs of each individual business. For more details check out our hosting page. (click here)

4. Does the monthly hosting charge include maintenance and future changes to my web site?.

No. Maintenance and future changes to your web site would cost extra. We have a number of different options to best suit your needs. Some customers purchase monthly maintenance agreements whereas other customers are billed our hourly rate for work done each month. Each option has its advantages and disadvantages.

5. Would my hosting account with SlickRockWeb be able to track the web traffic to my web site?.

6. What forms of payment do you accept for payment of your services?.

We accept all major credit cards and paypal payments which can be made through our easy online payment system. You can also make payments by mailing us a check in US currency.

7. Can SlickRockWeb create a company logo for my website?.

Yes. We can create logos and professional graphics in-house or with one of partner companies. Examples and quotes are available upon request.

8. Can you help get a website to list higher in Google?.
